Ramdhanu is a society committed to providing equal rights, education, and opportunities to all children, especially those who are marginalised and living on the streets. Our vision is to empower these children through education, nutrition, healthcare, and cultural activities, so they can lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society. With the help of professional educators, we enroll street children in schools and support them with educational materials. We provide nutritious food to address their dietary needs, and conduct medical camps to address their health and hygiene issues. We also organize cultural events on notable days to encourage their active participation. Our goal is to create a space where all children have access to the resources they need to thrive.

We have successfully enrolled 24 street children in schools and provided them with educational materials, professional educators and guidance, paving the way for a brighter future for these children.
Our medical camps have addressed the health and hygiene issues of children living on the streets, with special attention given to girls attaining puberty. We have also provided basic hygiene supplies to help them stay healthy.
Our initiative to visit remote areas to educate destitute children and distribute food has made a significant impact on the lives of tribal children in Murgaboni, Birbhum.
We work with blind children through our "Ray of Hope" project, providing them with basic necessities and education, helping them lead better lives.

Ramdhanu-The colour of hope is truly sending life and love to those in need. It says that selfless service for the cause of humanity is as important as worshipping God and Ramdhanu is proving it to be true.
I have witnessed the formation and growth of Ramdhanu since it’s inception- when it was just a one-woman endeavor started by my friend Mitrobinda. In the last few years I am so thrilled to see that this mission has grown to be a thriving organization of a dedicated and passionate group of people. Ramdhanu is really making a difference- in the lives of children who have nobody else to turn to. They are not only enriching these kids’ lives. but makes all of us hopeful for a better future. I wish to see Ramdhanu grow and thrive to its fullest capacity.
As Mother Teresa had said, “Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.” ;RAMDHANU the colour of hope is like a beam of rays that enlighten the lives of hundreds of children in need. Being a Pediatrician, I am fortunate to serve the noble mission by Mitrobinda di and team, during the health checkup camps. Many of my close friends like Doyel, Shalmoli and Antaripa are doing great work by devoting their heart and soul into the organisation and I wish all the very best to RAMDHANU.
As rightly named, Ramdhanu or Rainbow is a symbol of hope to many street children, who literally have very little hope in their lives. In today's selfish and pessimistic world, it shined as a beacon of compassion, to me.This was the first time I visited them and it was such an inspiring moment for me, my heart filled with happiness. I am so proud of you and your team's work.I have no doubt that Ramdhanu is providing an upliftment to their lives and am truly optimistic that Ramdhanu will bring a better tomorrow for a lot of kids.
